Substitutions & Special Needs:
Baskets By Design reserves the right to substitute products; i.e. food, or containers with that of equal or greater than value.
It is the responsibility of the person/persons placing the order to notify usif the recipient has any food allergies or dietary restrictions so we can design a basket accordingly and substitute products as necessary.
Baskets By Design will never disclose and/or sell your information to anyone. The information we collect from you is solely for the purpose of processing your order. Please include your names, address, phone numbers and email in the event we need to contact you.
Method Of Payment:
We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover. We Have a secure server to process online credit card orders. You may also call your orders in at1-610-588-1740 or fax your order to610-588-7460.
Cancel or Change Requests:
24-hour notice is required for any reason you need to change or cancel your order. Please notify us immediately at 1-610-588-1740. We try to accommodate our Customers with the fastest yet most efficient way of shipping orders. Therefore if the gift has already been shipped regardless if cancellation was made within the allotted 24 hours we are unable to make a refund or change to order. If order was not shipped we would be happy to fill your request for cancellation.
Baskets By Design will make every attempt to resolve customer satisfaction issues in a timely manner.
Baskets By Design will replace or credit the value of any part of a gift arrangement deemed to be damaged or defective. Reports of any damages must be made within 5 days of receipt of gift. Due to the perishable nature of gourmet foods contained in our gift baskets and food safety issues, returns cannot be accepted and all sales are final.
Due to availability of products and seasonal differences, Baskets By Design reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value when it becomes necessary. We guarantee you will be delighted with any of our gifts.
Baskets By Design will not be responsible for any typographical or other errors on the part of the customer. If we are in error, we will correct the error promptly by either refunding your money or sending another (corrected) order.
