Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Will my order be safe and secure ?
Most definitely. Our shopping cart is safe and secure and when you enter our secure server you can enter your credit card information. If that makes you uncomfortable, call us with your number.
 
  2. What if an item is out of stock ?
Due to high volumes or seasonal fluxes there are times when demand may necessitate substitution of an item. We will do everything possible to match the item as closely as possible with a substitution of equal or greater value.
 
  3. Do you ship chocolate in the summer ?
We do not ship chocolate from May to October. If a cold pack has to be used it will considerably increase the shipping cost, therefore, we will substitute product to save you money unless you request otherwise.

  5. Some pictures have seasonal flowers. What do you use?
We will always use seasonal flowers or enhancements with your gift. In other words, you will not get poinsettias in other than a Christmas gift.
 
6. What if I need special dietary considerations for my basket ?
It would then be best to call us and we can discuss directly with you your specific gift needs. Examples include low fat, no salt, kosher, diabetic, no caffeine, etc. (610-588-1740.)
 
  7. How much notice do you need during peak holiday seasons ?
Most orders can be accomplished in a few days or less. At Christmas at least 2 weeks lead time is necessary in most instances and shipping windows become more critical as the holiday approaches.
